DELIVERY TERMS: PLease allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive. However, delivery is usually sooner. A signature is required for deliveries. Please provide a convenient address for delivery. Home address should also be provided for authorisation of credit cards.
CARRIAGE: Carriage is charged at a standard rate of £4.99 to all UK Mainland addresses. Overseas and non UK mainland carriage costs are given on checkout page. Carriage is free on all UK mainland orders over £70
NON UK buyers. Delivery price may vary from that listed depending on weight of products ordered. You will be notified of the cost before your order is processed. For smaller orders please contact us for a delivery quote.
PAYMENT TERMS: Purchases can be paid for via Debit/Credit card, PayPal, Postal Order, Google Checkout or cheque. Please allow 5 working days for cheque to clear before items will be dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All returns to be made within 7 days of receipt, in perfect condition, complete with original packaging. You must make your own arrangements to return the goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return and redelivery unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsable for all items untill in our posession. We will be happy to exchange any items subject to these terms and conditions and availability.
PLEASE NOTE: Riding hats and Bits are excluded from the returns policy for health and hygiene reasons.
ORDER CANCELLATION:All orders are subject to acceptance by TopTackEquestrian. In the unlikely event that products are unavailable, or where there have been errors in pricing, we may have to decline an order. In this case we will advise you as soon as possible and ask for your instructions. We will not debit your credit card or charge card, or process any other method of payment until an order has been accepted.
